This is a posable action figure of a character from science-fiction/anime.

The Diaclone Verseliser No. 1 is a fighting unit composed of multiple parts that can be combined and recombined with other Diaclone items, to enhance their powers of flight! The front part of its fuselage can transform from a cockpit-type module to a powered suit; the rear part can be combined with mecha from the Trivers lineup (sold separately) to become a function enhancement unit. The rail unit in the middle is a launcher for the powered suit, and can also be used to connect existing items such as arms and armaments.

The new powered suit is highly flexible, with a rotating waist and movable fingers (the first in the series!). The flight unit can attach to the back of a Trivers machine, and can be used in each of their modes. Expansion joints are included as well.
