This is a posable action figure from the figma series.

Juoumaru, the main fighting miniature robot in “PlaWres Sanshirou,” was the original inspiration for the Figma line of action figures–and now he’s finally become a highly posable Figma himself! The amazingly flexible Figma body allows Juoumaru to get into virtually any fighting pose you can think of; he comes with two additional faces and an extra pair of hands, plus a stand to assist with airborne poses. Don’t forget Sakurahime, too, linked below! Please note that the photos shown are of a prototype; the production version may vary. Also, figures such as this are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer’s defects. If you absolutely must have perfection, prepare to do some touch-up work on your own.
