This is a posable action figure from the figma series.

From “Kamen Rider Dragon Knight,” the American version of “Kamen Rider Ryuki,” make way for Kamen Rider Wing Knight! Len’s Kamen Rider form is about 14cm tall, and is fully posable thanks to his super-articulated Figma body! He’s accessorized with his Advent Beast–the bat Black Wing–and a fabric cape, his rapier and the Sword Vent, 10 interchangeable hands (including one holding a card), and a base with a posable arm to assist with midair attacks. He’s ready to fight at your side!
