This is a posable action figure from the Nendoroid series.

The adorable Hokkaido TV (HTB) mascot on-chan gets the Nendoroid treatment! Sculpted by Masaaki Kobayashi with assistance from Nendoron, 10cm on-chan comes packed with various accessories for the mascot to hold and wear on its head, as well as a clear display base. on-chan has very basic articulation in at least the arms and legs. Produced and distributed by Good Smile Company and sold by Orchid Seed.Please note that the photos shown are of a prototype; the production version may vary. Also, figures such as this are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer’s defects. If you absolutely must have perfection, prepare to do some touch-up work on your own.
