This is a posable action figure from the Revoltech series.

Part of the Halloween-themed second lineup, 15cm highly-poseable Revoltech Toro has 12 points of articulation and comes packed with a big pumpkin that can be worn over its body, a small pumpkin, and a Japanese tea cup. A custom “Doko Demo Issho” display base with joint arm is included to assist with his poses.
